給官方去個電話直接點(diǎn)。

打開時出現(xiàn)了和摟主所說的一樣的情況,程序雖然可以看到,但是那個特殊功能數(shù)據(jù)庫塊就看不到了    幫摟住頂一下期待高手

你好，我是先安裝的GX WORKS2後來才安裝的DP軟件，但我想問題和這個先後可能性不大，這個可以放在最後測試，首先我是安裝的英文版的GX WORKS2（公司和家裡的電腦都一樣），你可以嘗試換英文版的試試，其次就是你安裝GX WORKS2和GX CONFIGURATION DP軟件是否是使用的默認(rèn)路徑，我在安裝時都是默認(rèn)安裝一路NEXT到底，最後不行的話你就試試先裝GX WORKS2再來安裝GX CONFIGURATION DP

是不是軟件版本太低？
